Description
Produced with grapes harvested and selected by hand, from the property’s vineyards located at about 400m above sea level. The vineyards are planted on poor and stony soils (Galestro and Alberese), with a pH of about 8.2 and carbonates in excess of 40%, which naturally limits the production yields, to the benefit of quality.
