The harvest is hand picked and after the malolactic fermentation in iron steel tank, the wine is placed in oak barrels.

This is the typical Chianti Classico 100% Sangiovese made in Panzano!
Serving suggestions: try the wine with some pasta courses with meat sauces, ribollita, cured cheeses especially pecorino. In the warmer months of the year, it is recommended to keep the serving temperature at 16/18 degrees Celsius in order to maintain all its pleasantness.
