Delivery time is estimated from the time your order is shipped, not when it is placed.
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
Delivery costs, if they are charged to the customer, will be highlighted separately in the order form.
Delivery times vary from country to country, indicatively they are:
- Italy: 4-5 working days
- Europe: 5-6 working days
- Rest of the world: 5-6 working days
The times are indicative and may vary depending on the precise destination.
Shipping information, including the delivery address, cannot be changed if the order has already been shipped.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
