Description
In this box you can perceive the soul full of contrasts that characterizes the Tuscany’s flavours! You can taste the difference between two types of pecorino cheese, where the “red” is more delicate and the raw milk pecorino (unpasteurized milk) produced by Simona in Monteriggioni, is rougher and emphasizes the flavours of the milk and the seasonality of the different feeding of the sheep, according to the time of year. At this point all that remains is to soak two cantuccini in the “Vin Santo del Chianti Classico” and you will feel as if you are walking through the alleys of Siena, paved in “pietra serena” or, if you prefer, to admire Ponte Vecchio and the Vasari’s corridor from the Florentine riversides.
